Flounder With Shrimp Sauce
|Flounder fillets||1 Pound (Each Fillet 1/4 Pounds)|
|Condensed cream of shrimp soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|White wine/Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Parsley/Slivered almonds||4 Tablespoon|
Roll up fillets and arrange seam-side down in 8-inch square dish.
Combine soup, wine and cheese; spoon over fillets.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Cook on COOK 7.
After cooking, release plastic wrap.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook at MEDIUM 11 to 12 minutes, or until fish is done.
TO COMPLETE: Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley or almonds before serving
