Seafood Cocktails With Watercress Sauce
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm), stems removed (Large)|
|Parsley bunch||1 Small, stems removed|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Golden onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope Recipe)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint (8 Ounce)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seafood||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Suggested)|
In food processor or blender, combine watercress, parsley and garlic until blended.
Add golden onion recipe soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and pepper; process until smooth.
Chill at least 2 hours.
