Seafood Cocktails With Watercress Sauce

Ingredients
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm), stems removed (Large)
  Parsley bunch 1 Small, stems removed
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Golden onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope Recipe)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint (8 Ounce)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Seafood 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Suggested)
Directions

In food processor or blender, combine watercress, parsley and garlic until blended.
Add golden onion recipe soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and pepper; process until smooth.
Chill at least 2 hours.
