  Tarragon/Malt vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped gherkin 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped shallot 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Made mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Mix well, and again before serving.
