Creamed Leek Sauce
|Leek||1 (The White Part And Some Of The Green)|
|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Veloute sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
€¢ Clean the leek. Remove a few inches of the green, or leave it all if it has been cut at the shop. Slice thinly.
€¢ Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt 1 minute at HIGH.
€¢ Stir in the leek. Salt and pepper to taste.
€¢ Microwave 2 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
€¢ Add to the Veloute Sauce. Stir to mix.
€¢ Adjust seasoning. Pour over the cooked omelette.
