Almond Chive Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole almonds 10 , blanched
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Cayenne)
  Snipped chives/Minced tarragon 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

1 In a food processor or blender, whirl 1/4 cup of the yogurt with the almonds, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, and red pepperfor 15 seconds.
Using a rubberspatula, scrape down the sides of the work bowl; whirl 15 seconds longer.
2 Transferthe mixture to a small bowl and stir in the remaining yogurt and the chives.
Coverand refrigerate for at least 1 hour; will keep for up to 5 days
