  Lemon 2 (Juice And Rind)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1 cup cold water
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add about 1/2 cup whipped cream when cool and pour over Angel Cake filled with vanilla ice cream.
