Meatballs And Sweet Sour Sauce

|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. Combine ground beef, onion, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, garlic salt, allspice and cloves.
2. Form into 40 balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place 8 balls in a circle on 5 individual paper plates lined with a double thickness of paper towels; cover with waxed paper. For each plate, cook in microwave oven 1 1/2 minutes at High.
3. Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar and cornstarch in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir once. Stir in lemon juice.
