Salmon Steaks N Cucumber Sauce
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs), pared and chopped|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground red pepper||1 Dash|
|Salmon steaks||2 Pound (4 Pieces)|
1. For sauce, combine all ingredients except salmon in a bowl; cover and chill.
2. Arrange salmon steaks, alternating thick and thin ends, in a 1 1/2 -quart glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper.
3. Cook in microwave oven 4 minutes at High. Turn salmon steaks over and rearrange. Continue cooking covered 3 to 4 minutes at High,
or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
4. Remove from oven; let stand covered 2 minutes.
