Veal In A Cream Sauce
|Veal steak||2 Pound (untrimmed)|
|Heavy cream||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
1) Lightly season the veal with salt and pepper. Place in a pan with melted butter and cook until lightly browned. Remove the veal and trim off the fat, discarding the bone. Cut into small cubes.
2) Place the remaining butter in the pan and cook the cubed veal once again until well browned. Add the cream and cook for 45 minutes or until veal is tender, stirring a few times while cooking.
