Zucchini Balls In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Zucchini 4
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

With a melon bailer, shape zucchini into small balls.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil chicken broth and tomato juice.
Add zucchini.
Cook 4 minutes.
Dilute cornstarch in cold water.
Fold into vegetable mixture.
Continue cooking until sauce thickens.
