Barbecued Chicken Sauce
|Butter||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon sauce||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne||To Taste (few grains)|
Broil halves of chicken on the grill over a bed of coals, cooking inside first, skin side last or cook whole chicken on a spit, turning and basting frequently with this sauce: Melt the butter and add the water and other liquids.
Blend dry ingredients and stir into the liquid, stirring well.
Cook for 2 or 3 minutes or until mixture has thickened slightly.
