Classic Custard Sauce

This Custard Sauce is simply irresistible. Try this Custard Sauce on a get together; you will definetely get a lot of compliments for this dish.
  Milk 1 Pint
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs/4 yolks 2
  Flavor To Taste

Heat the milk to just below boiling.
Beat the eggs and sugar together slightly, and pour on the hot milk, stirring well.
Cook over boiling water until the custard coats the back of the wooden spoon used for stirring.
Stir frequently to keep the custard smooth.
Flavour to taste and serve hot or cold.
