  Pears 6 , cut in small pieces
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Red peppers 3
  Green peppers 3 , chopped fine
  Peaches 6 , cut in small pieces
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Pint
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Boil two hours, until thick and bottle.
