|Grapefruit juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Grapefruit||1 , sectioned and sections halved|
1. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Gradually add water and grapefruit juice, stirring to blend. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to boiling. Simmer 1 minute.
2. Remove from heat and stir in grapefruit pieces.
