  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Butter 30 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Tomatoes 250 Milliliter, drained (Use Fresh Or Well Drained Canned, About 1 Cup)
  Garlic 3⁄4 Clove (3.75 gm) (Or 1 Small Clove)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (About 1 Milliliter)
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (About 2 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (About 2 Milliliter)
  White wine 125 Milliliter (About 1/2 Cup)
  Basic brown sauce 250 Milliliter (About 1 Cup)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced (About 125 Grams)

€¢ Place the green onions in a dish and microwave
3 minutes at HIGH, stirring once.
€¢ Peel or drain and dice the tomatoes, add to the onions together with the garlic, salt, basil and sugar. Cover and microwave 5 minutes at MEDIUM.
€¢ Add the wine and the Basic Brown Sauce. Stir well and microwave 5 minutes at MEDIUM.
€¢ In a separate dish, melt the 2 tablespoons (30 mL) butter 1 minute at HIGH.
€¢ Add the mushrooms, mix well and microwave 2 minutes at HIGH. Stir well. Add to the brown sauce.
€¢ Taste for seasoning. If necessary, heat 1 minute at HIGH.
