  Butter 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Dried sage/1 teaspoon or 5 milliliter, fresh sage, minced 1⁄2 Teaspoon (About 2 Milliliter)
  Light cream 125 Milliliter (About 1/2 Cup)
  Water 60 Milliliter (About 1/4 Cup)
  Breadcrumbs 30 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

€¢ Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt 1 minute at HIGH.
€¢ Add the onion, stir well and microwave 3 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH, stirring once. Salt and pepper to taste.
€¢ Add the sage. Mix well and add the cream, water and breadcrumbs. Stir well.
€¢ Microwave 5 minutes at MEDIUM, stirring once during the cooking.
€¢ The sauce should be thick and creamy.
€¢ Season to taste.
