White Sauce For Soups

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper.
Mix to a smooth paste; add scalded milk, stirring, and cook on low heat until thick.
Use at once, or place in covered jar in refrigerator for future use.
