Basting Sauce For Roasts

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Lemon juice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Marjoram/Basil 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Worcestershire sauce 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
Directions

€¢ Place the ingredients in a glass jar.
€¢ Close the jar, shake vigorously and refrigerate. The sauce will keep for one month.
€¢ Shake well before using.
