|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), halved|
|Lemon juice||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Marjoram/Basil||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Salt||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Worcestershire sauce||80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
€¢ Place the ingredients in a glass jar.
€¢ Close the jar, shake vigorously and refrigerate. The sauce will keep for one month.
€¢ Shake well before using.
