Picante Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil/Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped canned jalapeno peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in hot oil.
Combine vegetables and remaining ingredients except tomato sauce in container of an electric blender; process 2 to 3 seconds.
Combine vegetable mixture and tomato sauce, stirring well.
