This picante sauce is a homemade sauce recipe. Made with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers, the picante sauce is cooked to prepare and is spiced with hili powder, garlic and is seasoned to taste. Sealed and stored, it can be used as desired.
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Jalapeno peppers||8 (With Seeds)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dice or chop vegetables with food processor, then add seasonings.
Add vinegar and cook in large pot 1 to 2 hours until thick.
Put in jars and seal.
