Marinated Flounder With Cucumber Sauce

|Flounder fillets||1 Pound|
|Corn meal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole-wheat flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Marinate flounder in lemon juice and tarragon for 10 minutes, then drain and dip in a mixture of corn meal, flour and tamari.
Saute in oil until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
