Deviled Sauce

Ingredients
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
  White wine/2/3 cup french vermouth 250 Milliliter (1 Cups)
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Brown sauce 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
Directions

€¢ Place the green onions and the butter in a baking dish, microwave 2 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Mix well, add the wine or vermouth, microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Stir and microwave 2 more minutes at HIGH, or until the wine is almost totally reduced.
€¢ Add the Basic Brown Sauce and microwave 2 minutes at MEDIUM, stir well and serve.
