Rich Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄8 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a saucepan, blend the butter, sugar, and flour; gradually add boiling water.
Add lemon peel.
Boil 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
