This is a great garlicky-lime scallop dish. The combination of citrus of the lime, the garlic, and the butter gives this dish a great flavor. It is easy to prepare and ready in less than 20 minutes.

  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Tablespoon, minced
Vino seco/Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

  Lime 1 , juiced
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Pinch

Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until fragrant add the butter and garlic, saute about 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the vino seco, lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt and hot sauce. Simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the scallops and cook, until scallops are opaque, about 5-6 minutes. Turn half way through the cooking.
