Home Made Barbecue Sauce
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bourbon/Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Combine salad oil, Bourbon or Sherry, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and pepper.
Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator (turning occasionally).
Marinate roasts 24 to 48 hours; steaks, 4 hours; salmon or chicken, 2 hours.
Also use as a basting sauce.
