Peach Blueberry Sauce

|Sliced fresh peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
|Fresh blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine 1/2 cup sliced fresh peaches, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining peaches and blueberries.
