|Rhubarb||1 Inch, pieces (2cups)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Wash and cut into 1" pieces enough rhubarb to make 2 cups.
Mix with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in saucepan.
Cook 10 to 15 min., until tender.
