Vegetable Melange With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Yellow squash/Zucchini 1 Large, pared and minced
  Carrots 3 Medium, minced
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced dill pickle 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 4 Ounce, minced
  Prepared mustard 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dill pickle juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lettuce cups 6
Directions

Combine squash, carrot, onion, pickle, and cheese in a medium bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients, except lettuce cups; pour over vegetables and stir to coat well.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
