Vegetable Melange With Mustard Sauce
|Yellow squash/Zucchini||1 Large, pared and minced|
|Carrots||3 Medium, minced|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced dill pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese||4 Ounce, minced|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dill pickle juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Combine squash, carrot, onion, pickle, and cheese in a medium bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients, except lettuce cups; pour over vegetables and stir to coat well.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
