Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Crunchy peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)|
Place chocolate morsels in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Add peanut butter, stirring until blended.
Remove from heat, and stir in corn syrup and whipping cream.
