Grilled Swordfish With Tomato Sauce
|Bay leaf||1 , crushed|
|Canned italian tomatoes||29 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemons||2 , cut into thin slices|
|Swordfish||2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Tomato sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a skillet heat the oil and saute the onions and garlic.
2. Add the tomatoes and seasonings and continue cooking over low heat 15-20 minutes.
3. String the lemon slices and swordfish alternately on skewers.
4. Grill the swordfish over low charcoal heat, turning frequently until fish flakes easily.
