Ingredients
  Bay leaf 1 , crushed
  Canned italian tomatoes 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemons 2 , cut into thin slices
  Swordfish 2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a skillet heat the oil and saute the onions and garlic.
2. Add the tomatoes and seasonings and continue cooking over low heat 15-20 minutes.
3. String the lemon slices and swordfish alternately on skewers.
4. Grill the swordfish over low charcoal heat, turning frequently until fish flakes easily.
