Homemade Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ready Made)
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon (Dhaniya Powder)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon (Jeera)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Roasted salted peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed into a rough powder
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic flakes 6 , crushed
Directions

Heat oil.
Add onion and garlic.
Stir till soft.
Reduce heat.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes till a sauce is ready.
