Cape Cod Cranberry Sauce

This Cape Cool Cranberry Sauce tastes incredible ! I love this sweet spicy fruity sauce over some dessert dishes. Try this in your own way and tell me how you like this Cape Cool Cranberry Sauce . Your suggestions are welcome !
  Cranberries 10 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1 Large, peeled, cored and diced (Rome Beauty)
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch

In 3 quart saucepan, heat cranberries, brown sugar, raisins, vinegar, cinnamon stick, cloves, salt, and % cup water to boiling over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium low and cook, uncovered, 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add diced apple and cook until most of cranberries pop and mixture thickens slightly, about 4 minutes longer.
Discard cinnamon stick.
Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 3 hours.
