Many people commented on the original Steamed Sliced Pork With Shrimp Sauce recipe of mine. I have incorporated all the changes, avoided a few unneccessary things from my previous one and the outcome is this delicious Steamed Sliced Pork With Shrimp Sauce recipe. Try it!
Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ginger root slices 2 (Fresh)
  Pork 1 Pound
  Scallion stalks 1
  Shrimp sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Slice pork thin. Cut scallion stalk in l inch lengths. Mince ginger root and garlic.
2. Combine shrimp sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Mix well with scallion, ginger and garlic. Then add pork and toss gently to coat.
3. Steam on a rack until done
