Steamed Sliced Pork With Shrimp Sauce
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Ginger root slices||2 (Fresh)|
|Shrimp sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1. Slice pork thin. Cut scallion stalk in l inch lengths. Mince ginger root and garlic.
2. Combine shrimp sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Mix well with scallion, ginger and garlic. Then add pork and toss gently to coat.
3. Steam on a rack until done
