Truffle Sauce For Beef is a delicious side dish recipe that you will simply love to serve to your loved ones. I am sure, once you try this, you will always crave for some more.
  Brown sauce/Canned beef gravy 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned truffles 4 Ounce (1 Small Can, With The Liquid In Which They Are Packed)
  Finely chopped shallots/Onion 1 Tablespoon
  Madeira wine/Dry red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Maggi seasoning To Taste

1. Chop the truffles coarsely and reserve the liquid in the can. Combine the chopped truffles with the Madeira and cook over moderately high heat until the wine is reduced to about one tablespoon.
2. Cook the shallots in one tablespoon of the butter and add to the brown sauce. Cook three minutes and strain, if desired. Add the truffles and reduced wine. Add the truffle liquid in the can, the remaining butter and a few drops of Maggi seasoning. Spoon the sauce over cooked beef.
