Green Peppercorn Steak With Mustard Sauce
|Hot mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Natural yogurt||125 Milliliter (Thick)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Green peppercorns||3 Tablespoon, drained|
Crush peppercorns with the blade of a knife, press onto both sides of the steaks.
To make the sauce : Combine yogurt, mustard and parsley in a bowl, stir until well mixed.
Season to taste with salt.
Preheat grill, place steaks on a lightly olied grill tray.
Cook for 6 minutes, turning once, for medium rare.
