Green Peppercorn Steak With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Hot mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Natural yogurt 125 Milliliter (Thick)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green peppercorns 3 Tablespoon, drained
  Meat steaks 6
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Crush peppercorns with the blade of a knife, press onto both sides of the steaks.
To make the sauce : Combine yogurt, mustard and parsley in a bowl, stir until well mixed.
Season to taste with salt.
Cover, refrigerate.
Preheat grill, place steaks on a lightly olied grill tray.
Cook for 6 minutes, turning once, for medium rare.
