Cauliflower White Sauce
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Imitation butter flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cauliflower florets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat milk to simmer.
Add cauliflower and cook until it is very soft, then puree in blender.
Add salt and butter flavoring.
If it is too thick, heat a few tablespoons of water and stir into sauce.
