Sweet Sour Sauce
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Corn flour||4⁄5 Tablespoon (1 Dessertspoon)|
|Caster sugar||1 Ounce|
|Red pepper||1 , deseeded and finely chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , deseeded and finely chopped|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato ketchup||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pineapple||5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Small Tin)|
Mix together all the ingredients except the cornflour.
Simmer them together for a few minutes, then thicken with the cornflour, stirring continuously.
It should be ready in about 5 minutes from the time of adding the thickening.
Pour over the fried pork and serve immediately.
