Parmesan Cheese Sauce
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
Gradually stir in milk; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
