Flounder In Dill Sauce
|Flounder fillets||1 Pound|
|Canned crabmeat/4 tomatoes||5 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Chopped dill||1 Teaspoon|
|Lobster/Shrimp soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
2. Place crabmeat or tomatoes and dill in the center of each fillet. Roll fillets up. Close with toothpicks and place close together in a skillet.
3. Pour 2 cups lightly salted boiling water over fish. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare lobster or shrimp soup according to can directions. Place the fish in a serving dish and pour sauce on top.
