Lemon And Milk Sauce
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), snipped|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
In small mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch; stir until smooth.
Add remaining 3/4 cup milk, butter and pepper.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 4 minutes; stir after 2 minutes.
Add parsley and lemon juice.
