Pierre Sauce

This Pierre Sauce tastes yummy ! Try out this spicy veg condiment with your rice and pasta dishes and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Barley flour 2 Tablespoon
  Potato flour 3 Tablespoon
  Hot chicken stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute garlic in oil for about 30 seconds.
Combine barley and potato flours and stir into oil.
Heat until foamy.
Add hot chicken stock, stirring with a whisk.
Add tomato juice, vinegar, tamari soy sauce, seasonings and cook 15 minutes over medium heat.
Set aside over low heat, covered, until ready to serve.
