Quick Cheese Sauce
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
Melt cheddar cheese in a uttle hot milk on the stove.
Add a little worcestershire, salt, and a tad of dry sherry.
Fine over eggs and muffins for breakfast.
