|Fresh mint leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine mint leaves, corn syrup, and vinegar in a small saucepan.
Combine cornstarch and water, stirring until blended.
Add to mint mixture.
Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring constantly.
Strain sauce, if desired.
