Ingredients
  Garlic 1 , minced
  Bay leaves 3
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Wine vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.
Add vinegar and bay leaves.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Pour over cold fried fish.
