Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Flat anchovies 8 (Or To Taste)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Place the tuna, anchovies, and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend for a few moments, and then slowly add the olive oil.
Stir in the capers.
