|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Flat anchovies||8 (Or To Taste)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Place the tuna, anchovies, and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend for a few moments, and then slowly add the olive oil.
Stir in the capers.
