Horse Radish Sauce
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Horseradish||6 Tablespoon, freshly ground|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
Mix mustard with 1 tablespoon cold water, stir until smooth, then combine with horse radish, salt, and pepper.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Fold thoroughly into the whipped cream.
Excellent with hot or cold meats, especially beef or tongue.
