Chicken In Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breast 450 Gram
  Sunflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Unsalted cashew nuts 100 Gram
  Canned straw mushrooms 75 Gram, drained and halved
  Spring onions 3 , chopped
  Light soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed paste 1 Tablespoon (Tahini)
  Ground szechuan peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the chicken into cubes.
Put all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and add the chicken, turning to coat the pieces thoroughly.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
Add the cashew nuts and fry them until golden.
Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
Add the chicken and marinade to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook for a further minute.
Pile the mixture into a warmed serving dish and sprinkle with the nuts.
