Fish Fillets With Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen fish fillets 1 Pound, thawed and drained
  Plain yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

To Microwave: Place fillets in shallow glass baking dish.
Blend together yogurt, lemon juice and mustard in small bowl.
Spread mixture over fish.
Cover and microwave on HIGH (100% power) 4 minutes or until fish just turns opaque, turning once.
Let stand, covered with foil, 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
