|All purpose flour||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
Make up a supply and keep in freezer.
Put cooking oil and flour in large skillet over low heat.
Stir continuously until dark brown.
Put in 1 cup size plastic cups with lid, filling up to 3/8 inch of top; put on lid.
Store in freezer.
Will keep a long time.
When ready to use thaw and warm to liquify over low heat.
For gumbo use 2 cups and for pot roast use one cup.
