Broiled Fish With Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound (Perch, Snapper, Sole)
  Umeboshi plum sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place fish fillets in greased pan.
Mix plum sauce with soy sauce and brush over fish.
Broil fish on both sides until it easily flakes with a fork, but do not overcook.
Baste fish frequently with plum sauce mixture.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped parsley over fish before serving.
